The Cambridge Hedgehogs Charity is very close to my heart as I spent a couple of months as a volunteer at their hedgehog hospital when I was living and studying in Cambridge. Since moving away after my studies, I was unable to volunteer in person so decided to help them raise money for the hedgehogs in a different way. It was a pleasure to illustrate their 2020 calendar, each monthly illustration highlighting what hedgehogs would be up to during each month of the year. As well as a calendar, I also illustrated some greeting cards and a hedgehog pattern which was then created into a reusable mask.
